Jiangxi Yaotai Copper Industry Co., Ltd. is an enterprise introduced to the Hengfeng County Economic Development Zone from Wenzhou. It specializes in the deep processing of copper products and primarily manufactures copper plates and copper strips of various specifications. The company’s address is located within the Industrial Park in Cenyang Town, Hengfeng County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province (on the south side of Yingbin Avenue). The company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hengfeng County, Jiangxi Province. To the north, the site borders Yingbin Avenue; to the east, it adjoins Shenhua Technology and Feiya Cable; to the south, it faces Feinan Copper Industry; and to the west, it is adjacent to Lefeng Copper Industry. The project site enjoys a superior geographic location and convenient transportation access.
The site of the project features flat and open terrain. According to geological survey data from adjacent plots, no adverse geological phenomena have been identified, and the foundation exhibits good stability. The total land area of the project is 39.95 mu. The factory buildings and office spaces cover an area of 12,000 square meters, and the comprehensive building spans 3,000 square meters. We will carry out renovations on the factory buildings, office spaces, and comprehensive building, as well as install power supply, water supply and drainage, fire protection, environmental protection facilities, hardened road surfaces, landscaping, and purchase related equipment (including a 3T power-frequency electric furnace, a 5T power-frequency electric furnace, a baling machine, a circular saw, a hot-rolling mill, a heating furnace, a double-sided milling machine, a bell-type electric heating annealing furnace, a 350 billet rolling mill, an intermediate rolling mill, a finishing rolling mill, an acid pickling unit, a thick-strip longitudinal slitting machine, a stretch-bend straightening machine, a thin-strip longitudinal slitting machine, a grinding machine, and transformers, among others).
The total investment for the project is 165.5852 million yuan, of which 150.5852 million yuan is allocated to fixed assets and 50 million yuan to working capital. The annual output value is 780 million yuan, with tax revenues totaling 60 million yuan and total revenue reaching 780 million yuan.
Current number of employees: 91, including 16 management personnel, 11 technical personnel, 61 general workers, and 3 logistics staff.
We primarily manufacture copper strips with an annual output of 30,000 tons. Our main products include red copper plates, red copper strips, and brass strips of grades H62, H65, and H68. The H62 brass strip is particularly suitable for manufacturing a wide range of copper products such as electrical components, electronic devices, lighting fixtures, hardware accessories, decorative fittings, switches, washers, gaskets, battery contacts, copper buttons, watch straps, decorative necklaces, bracelets, rings, and more. Our product grades are T2/T3/H62, and the specifications are 0.15–4.0 mm thick × 430 mm wide, available in the following conditions: T/Y/Y2/Y3/M.
