Copper plates exhibit excellent mechanical properties, with good ductility at high temperatures and reasonably good ductility at low temperatures. They are easy to machine, readily solderable and weldable, and highly corrosion-resistant. However, they are prone to stress-corrosion cracking. Moreover, they are inexpensive, making them a widely used, common grade of copper.

Tensile strength: ≥315
Elongation: ≥30
Note: Room-temperature tensile mechanical properties apply to all板材 except those used for lock-making and clock components.
Specimen size: Diameter > 2.0–4.0
● Heat treatment specifications: Hot working temperature: 650–850℃; Annealing temperature: 600–700℃; Low-temperature annealing temperature for relieving internal stresses: 270–300℃.
